With this service your home is marketed on the Internet and in the Topeka Capital Journal. We will shoot a virtual tour which will be placed on www.stanmetzger.com as well as www.topekaareahomes.com. You are responsible for setting up all showings and will allow the property to be shown by Topeka area real estate agents. In the event another agent sells your property, you pay a commission of $2,500 to stanmetzger.com and 3% of the sales price to the selling agent at the time of closing. You can show your home directly to buyers and in the event the property sells directly to a buyer without an agent, you pay a commission of $2,500 to stanmetzger.com at closing. Your home will appear in the Topeka Capital Journal’s open house directory if you choose. You may be required to attend closing.
