STAN METZGER:
A native of Ozawkie, Kansas, Stan Metzger attended the University of Kansas where he majored in Fine Arts and Business Administration.
Stan has served as president of the Topeka Jayhawk Club, Native Sons of Kansas, and chaired USD 501's Long Range Planning Task Force. Stan has also served on the boards of the Topeka Civic Theater, American Heritage (Historic Topeka), and the Active Topeka 20-30 Club. He also served on the Board of Directors and is a Past President of the Topeka Country Club.
With the desire to improve the image of his profession, Stan has served as chairman of nearly every committee of the Topeka Board of Realtors and was named Realtor of The Year in 1980.
Stan has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Kansas Association of Realtors and was Trustee for the Kansas Realtors Political Action Committee.
With thirty-four years of experience in real estate, Stan has handled a wide range of activities, including sales training and management, new construction sales, construction management, existing home sales, buyer brokerage and discount brokerage.
Stan has been involved in a vast number of real estate transactions throughout his career and has a personal sales volume believed to exceed $150,000,000.00!
Since 1991, Stan has focused his attention on the development of a consumer friendly real estate marketing strategy aimed at saving buyers and sellers commission dollars while providing both with premium support and service.
Today, through the world wide web, Stan has broadened his market to include all of Northeast Kansas and plans to add the metropolitan Kansas City, Missouri area in very near future.
